Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 2026

At That Dope Coach, I’m committed to offering thoughtful, high-quality support and resources. Due to the nature of my services and digital offerings, the following refund policy applies:

1. Coaching Services (1:1 & Programs)

All coaching services, including the 8-week 1:1 coaching program, are non-refundable once the program has begun.

If you need to reschedule a session, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited. If you are unable to continue the program, please reach out—while refunds are not guaranteed, I’m happy to discuss options with care and consideration.

Note: Before we begin, all coaching clients sign a coaching agreement that outlines the full scope of our work together. The terms in that agreement (including payment and cancellation policies) will take precedence over this general refund policy.

2. Canna Consults

Canna consult sessions are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

3. Digital Products (Guides, Recorded Workshops, Downloads)

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the product has been delivered.

4. Workshops & Events

For paid workshops or events:

• Refunds may be available if requested at least 48 hours before the event

• Within 48 hours, refunds may not be guaranteed, but you may be able to transfer your spot to a future session (if applicable)

5. Exceptional Circumstances

I understand that life happens. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out at jabria@thatdopecoach.com and I’ll do my best to find a supportive solution.
