T-Break Prep Workbook
T-Break Prep Workbook
This workshop is everything I wish I’d had before my first (and second… and third) t-break.
Though my shame told me it was a willpower issue, I think the real problem many of us face is we were never taught how to prepare for a successful break.
With this workbook, you’ll learn how to create a plan that supports your body, your brain, and your goals instead of white knuckling your way through.
Whether you’re taking a break to reset your tolerance, reconnect with your relationship with your greens, save money, or simply see how yourself at baseline, this workshop will help you go into it feeling more grounded, informed, and confident.
This is for you if…
You’ve tried to take a t-break before and it didn’t go well
You keep saying you’ll start “next week”
You’re worried about cravings, sleep, boredom, or irritability
You use cannabis for pain, anxiety, or other symptoms and aren’t sure how to navigate a break safely
The idea of taking a t-break seems almost impossible
You want this t-break to feel intentional and to kickstart a better chapter in your relationship with your greens
Inside you’ll learn how to…
Clarify your “why” so you have something meaningful to return to
Set goals that can be more expansive
Decide whether tapering makes sense for you
Build a toolkit for cravings, dopamine, stress, and difficult moments
Create a realistic plan for the challenges you might encounter
Set yourself up for a t-break that feels supportive instead of overwhelming
The Workshop
A 45-minute recorded class where I’ll walk you through each section of the workbook, share practical strategies from my coaching practice, and offer honest guidance for making your t-break feel more manageable and successful. You can also sign up for a live workshop when they’re offered!
The Companion Workbook
A printable reflection workbook filled with prompts and planning tools, including:
Clarify your why
Explore your fears and set goals
Create an anchor statement
Build a dopamine menu
Plan your support system
Contingency planning for hard days
Reflection exercises
And more
Preparation not only helps you get through the t-break, but also gives you an opportunity to have a deeper, more meaningful experience!!
