1/19/26 Crafting a Wellness Routine Workshop (Seed Tier)
If you’ve ever tried to build a wellness routine—especially one that includes cannabis—and felt like you “failed” at it, this workshop is for you!!
Instead of rigid routines that fall apart the moment your energy shifts, we’ll focus on building flexible, menu-based routines that adapt with you—through changing schedules, seasons, hormonal cycles, grief, stress, and the collective weight of the world. You’ll learn how to think about cannabis as a tool for support, rather than a habit you need to control or fix. This isn’t about gardening more or using less—it’s about using cannabis with intention, structure, and self-compassion in a way that supports your nervous system and your actual day-to-day reality.
In this workshop, we’ll explore:
What consistency and discipline actually look like (hint: not perfection)
Why routines naturally fluctuate—and why that’s not a failure
How to use a menu-based approach to reduce overwhelm and analysis paralysis (especially helpful for neurospicy brains)
How to start with your WHY when building a cannabis routine
How to match methods (inhalation, tinctures, edibles, topicals, suppositories) to specific needs
How timing and duration matter just as much as the product itself
How to choose cannabinoids and formulations (THC, CBD, CBG, CBN, THCV, acidics) that support routine use
How to create different routines for different days (baseline, high-capacity, low-capacity, acute support)
Simple, supportive ways to track patterns and build accountability without shame
Throughout the workshop, you’ll be invited into gentle reflection and journaling so you can start mapping out routines that feel doable, supportive, and aligned —not aspirational or all-or-nothing.
This workshop is educational, practical, and deeply compassionate. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how to work with cannabis (and your body), not against it—and with tools you can keep returning to long after January.
When: Monday, January 19th, at 6:30pm
Where: Zoom
Workshop recording and handout provided to everyone who signs up!
✨ Sliding-scale tickets available
Sliding Scale Tickets
This workshop is offered on a sliding scale to honor different financial capacities and make it as accessible as possible. Please choose the tier that feels most aligned with your current situation—no explanations needed!
This workshop also serves as an introduction to the work I do inside my community and an upcoming education series. If this approach resonates, you’ll be invited to go deeper through continued learning and community support!!
